You can get codes here.  There are two different ways of doing so.

Mail (everyone):  To get a code for an item tell us the items you want, your AC name, your town, and either your e-mail address or NSider screen name.  The information will be given to us and we will send you the codes as soon as possible.

Directions:

  1. Go to the sender’s box at the right and write a message including the names of the items you want.
  2. Write in the name of your AC character.
  3. Write in the name of your town.
  4. Write in either your e-mail or NSider screen name.  (If you want the codes sent to your e-mail, don’t forget to write “___@___.com")

For Faster Results

Forum (members only):  If you are a member you can also post the item information at The Bell Tree Forum in The Bell Tree Store section, unless you'd rather have it personally sent to you.

 

Directions:

  1. Click on The Bell Tree Forum in the navigation.
  2. Log in.
  3. Click on The Bell Tree Store.
  4. Post your AC name, your town's name, and items wanted.
  5. An employee will post the codes as soon as they see it.

Help:  If you need any help getting or using codes you can write to us in the service rating as well.
